BryanNet

Website and Telegram customer interfaces

Prerequisites and authority

Use the official organization interface. Customer procedures need account ownership; provider configuration and manual grants need authorized operator access.

Choose the entitled customer interface

Telegram and the customer website are access routes to one customer account. The website is edition-dependent; the mobile app is outside this documentation release.

Interface Typical use
Telegram bot Onboarding, plans/purchase where enabled, status, devices, profile and help
Customer website Account access, dashboard, plans, subscriptions, devices, payments and notification history where entitled
Hotspot portal Authenticate the network connection using hotspot credentials

Menus depend on organization capabilities and subscription history. For example, payment actions can be absent when payments are disabled, while a customer with an active subscription receives more account/network actions than a first-time visitor.

Use the organization's official link. The public BryanNet marketing website is different from your organization's customer-installed portal.

Signing out of the website ends application access according to its session controls. It does not necessarily end an active router internet connection. Device/session controls handle those separately.

When moving between Telegram and the website, link the existing identity through the supported flow. Check name and phone number before confirming. If the interfaces show different subscriptions, ask support to inspect account linkage rather than paying again.

If an interface is unavailable, determine whether it is disabled, unentitled or temporarily failing. Do not assume another interface's password is the hotspot password.
