BryanNet connects customer accounts, paid subscriptions and supported MikroTik routers in an installation you control. Manage shared internet access under your organisation's brand, with an annual software licence and a separately agreed deployment scope.
Customer channels and deployment
Customer access, by edition
Telegram customer access and the captive portal are included in every edition. Business adds the customer self-service website, reporting, analytics and multi-location management. Professional retains advanced reporting, analytics, administration and integrations, with higher included allowances. Software capacity can expand without changing your edition; Site remains single-location. Android and iOS customer apps are available only with Enterprise, subject to the agreed build and distribution requirements.
Plans, subscriptions and payments
Configure plans, validity periods, speed limits and concurrent-device rules for your operation. Connect supported payment providers using your own approved accounts and API keys. Keep purchases, transaction outcomes and subscription activation in the same workflow. Payment-provider charges and account approval are separate from the BryanNet software licence.
Devices and active sessions
View registered devices, subscription status and active-session context for each customer. Apply the plan's access rules and manage subscription expiry without treating the operator's annual software licence as the customer's subscription. Your administrators can investigate customer access from the same workspace used to manage accounts and plans.
Supported MikroTik networks
Connect supported MikroTik routers on a network reachable from your deployment. Inspect router health, account provisioning and synchronisation status alongside customer records. Initial router onboarding is agreed before deployment; a licensed router capacity is not a promise to install or reconfigure an entire network. Network design, cabling and general network maintenance remain outside standard software deployment.
Operations and visibility
Follow activity history, worker health, scheduled maintenance and operational warnings from the administrator dashboard. Business, Professional and Enterprise include reporting and analytics, with multi-location management within the purchased capacity. Choose capacity for your customer base, locations, routers and administrator accounts rather than assuming that every edition includes every customer channel.
Your brand and infrastructure
Run BryanNet on customer-provided infrastructure with supported organisation branding and signed licensing. You provide hosting, connectivity, domains, third-party credentials and backup arrangements. Deployment covers the agreed configuration, initial onboarding, supported imports, administrator training and go-live work. Hardware, hosting and third-party charges are not included in the annual software licence.

Common questions
How do customers access BryanNet with the Site edition?
Site provides Telegram and captive portal customer access, alongside customer, plan, subscription, device and session management. It does not include the separate customer website or customer mobile apps.
Choose Business or above for the customer website, and discuss Enterprise if customer mobile apps are required.
What does Professional add beyond Business?
Professional includes advanced reporting, analytics, administration and integrations, as well as higher included capacity. Its advanced features are part of the edition; they are not unlocked by purchasing capacity add-ons.
Customer mobile apps remain Enterprise-only under the current edition policy. Confirm any specific integration requirement in your quotation.
Which edition includes customer Android and iOS apps?
Customer Android and iOS apps are Enterprise-only under the current edition policy. Site, Business and Professional do not gain mobile access through capacity add-ons.
Discuss mobile deployment and branding requirements as part of your negotiated Enterprise scope.
Can BryanNet run locally or on a hosted server?
BryanNet can be planned for a local server or a hosted server on infrastructure you provide. The application needs a working management path to each supported router.
A hosted installation does not mean your customer internet traffic must pass through the BryanNet server. Agree the host and connectivity design before deployment.
Will BryanNet work with my existing routers?
BryanNet manages supported MikroTik routers through RouterOS API connectivity. Confirm your router models, RouterOS release, authorised API access and network reachability for the proposed deployment.
Do not assume every router model, firmware version or existing configuration is compatible. Agree and test the initial router set within the deployment scope.
How does a hosted BryanNet server reach remote routers?
Plan a routed management connection, such as a VPN to a router or site gateway, with the required forward and return routes. Test connectivity from the application runtime as well as the server host.
A public web tunnel provides web ingress; it does not replace the router management connection or distribute internet between physically separate sites.
