Website registration account linking and recovery

Prerequisites and authority

Use the official organization interface. Customer procedures need account ownership; provider configuration and manual grants need authorized operator access.

Register, link and recover website access

Use the organization's customer website only when enabled by the edition. Confirm its official address, then choose the supported registration or sign-in route.

  1. Enter the requested profile/phone information.
  2. Complete the release's identity verification and password/Telegram authentication flow.
  3. Confirm the resulting account details.
  4. Link an existing Telegram identity through the offered flow when needed.
  5. Review plans, subscriptions and hotspot account before connecting.

The website supports password/recovery and Telegram login/linking workflows where enabled for the installation. Follow the options shown by your organization's official website; do not assume that every installation uses password-only authentication.

To recover access, use Forgot Password or the supported Telegram/recovery route and complete its challenge. Never supply a recovery code to support personnel or use a code intended for a different session.

Account linking should confirm ownership of the existing identity. If the phone number already belongs to a customer, resolve the existing account instead of creating a duplicate subscription history.

After changing a password or ending application sessions, verify the intended website access result. Hotspot credentials and internet sessions remain separate. If checkout returns to a login screen, preserve the payment reference and use Customer cannot sign in/03; do not assume the payment was lost.
