Telegram customer onboarding and commands

Prerequisites and authority

Use the official organization interface. Customer procedures need account ownership; provider configuration and manual grants need authorized operator access.

Onboard through Telegram

Open the organization's official bot and use Start or /start. The bot obtains the Telegram-linked session and determines the next onboarding action. Complete the name, phone/contact and email steps shown by the current workflow; use the phone-sharing control where offered.

If an existing account or partial registration is found, follow the continuation/linking flow rather than starting another account. A payment deep link may return you to its payment result instead of ordinary onboarding.

The inspected keyboard source varies by subscription history and organization capabilities:

Customer state Source-declared actions, where enabled
Never subscribed Buy Internet, View Plans, Help
Previously subscribed Menu, Buy Internet, View Plans, Internet Profile, My Devices, Payments, Help
Active subscription Menu, My Status, View Plans, Buy Internet, Wi-Fi, Internet Profile, My Devices, Payments, Help

Plan actions depend on public-plan/free-access capabilities. Buy Internet additionally requires public sales and payments; Payments is hidden when payments are disabled. The table is a source inventory, not a promise that every organization shows all buttons.

Use View Plans to compare offers, Buy Internet for supported checkout and Internet Profile for access details where available. Help is the fallback when the next step is unclear.

Exact onboarding prompts and menu rendering must be verified in the released bot. If the backend is unavailable, retain the error and retry later rather than submitting repeated registration data.
