Purchase a plan and understand activation

Prerequisites and authority

Use the official organization interface. Customer procedures need account ownership; provider configuration and manual grants need authorized operator access.

Purchase and understand activation

Review the plan's price, speed, validity, quota where applicable and concurrent-device allowance before checkout. Use the official provider checkout and retain the reference.

  1. Choose an available plan.
  2. Start checkout once and complete the provider payment.
  3. Return through the offered link and inspect the payment result.
  4. Check the subscription status.
  5. If active, inspect the hotspot account and connect.
  6. If queued, review its position and the currently active plan.

Ordinary purchases stack. If a subscription is active, the next waits until it ends. Its duration begins when it activates, not while it waits. With several queued purchases, activation follows the recorded sequence.

Example: a customer has a current weekly subscription and purchases another duration-based weekly plan. The new one waits. If the current usage plan ends early because its quota is exhausted, the next queued subscription should activate then. This early-transition path requires release verification.

Payment success and provisioning success are separate. A successful provider payment must remain recorded if the router is temporarily unavailable. Support should reconcile provisioning rather than ask you to pay twice.

Administrator grants with explicit validity dates may follow a different policy and must be explained by the organization. Do not apply the ordinary purchase example to a dated institutional grant without checking its terms.
