Prerequisites and authority

Use the official organization interface. Customer procedures need account ownership; provider configuration and manual grants need authorized operator access.

From registration to internet access

Use the organization's official Telegram bot or its customer website when the installed edition enables it. Site edition uses the Telegram/captive-portal route; do not direct Site customers to an unavailable website.

Registration creates your customer account. Internet access requires an active subscription and successfully provisioned hotspot account. Those are separate steps.

1. Open the official customer interface and complete registration.
2. Supply the requested name/contact information and complete the supported identity checks.
3. Review available plans or follow the organization's assigned/free-access process.
4. Purchase or receive a subscription and inspect its status.
5. Obtain hotspot credentials through the supported delivery/profile route.
6. Join the organization's Wi-Fi network and open the hotspot login page.
7. Enter hotspot credentials and confirm internet access.
8. Review usage, validity, devices and notifications.

If another subscription is active, a new ordinary purchase waits in the queue. A queued status is not necessarily a failed payment. If provisioning failed, keep the payment reference and contact support rather than purchasing repeatedly.

Telegram and website access should refer to the same customer record. Use the supported linking flow instead of creating duplicate accounts. Never send a password or one-time authentication code to someone claiming to resolve an access issue.
