BryanNet

What is BryanNet?

Prerequisites and authority

Confirm the installed edition and release. Use the glossary and deployment record before selecting an installation path.

BryanNet is internet management software for organizations that offer or manage shared internet access. It gives an operator a central place to manage customers, access plans, subscriptions, payments, devices, and connected routers.

Without a management system, those tasks can become fragmented: customer records live in one place, payments in another, and network access is managed directly on individual routers. BryanNet brings the operational information and automation together so the operator can track what happened and act on it.

What BryanNet helps you manage

  • Customers: register and manage customer accounts and their access status.
  • Plans and subscriptions: define access packages and track current or queued entitlements.
  • Payments: record and verify payment outcomes, and follow the resulting activation workflow when integrations are enabled.
  • Devices and sessions: understand which devices are using access, and apply the relevant device/concurrency rules.
  • Routers: connect compatible MikroTik routers and reconcile account and network configuration through BryanNet.
  • Operations: monitor background tasks, failures, system status, and administrative activity.

Who it is designed for

Organizations that provide controlled shared internet access, such as hostels, estates, small or growing internet providers, hospitality venues, and multi-site facilities. The size of an installation affects hardware, network design, and operator routines.

What BryanNet is not

BryanNet is not itself the internet connection and does not replace an upstream internet provider. It needs a working network and compatible routers to grant and manage access. It is also not the same as BryanNet’s commercial/public control platform.

Your first milestones

  1. Choose a suitable host and deployment model.
  2. Install BryanNet and complete the initial administrator and organization setup.
  3. Connect a supported router and configure the network.
  4. Create an access plan and test a customer subscription and login.
  5. Configure integrations and routine operations before accepting production traffic.
