Frequently asked questions
Answers about BryanNet, editions, deployment and customer access.
Common questions
Can offices manage staff, members and visitors with different access periods?
Use individual accounts and suitable time-based entitlements for staff, members and visitors. Administrators can review devices, sessions and subscriptions and suspend or disconnect access when required.
Automatic synchronisation with HR, access-control or coworking membership software requires a separate integration.
Which editions can manage more than one location?
Business, Professional and Enterprise provide multi-location capabilities within their licensed or negotiated scope. Site remains a single-location edition even with additional customer, router or administrator capacity.
Each site's routers still need a working management path and a reviewed network design. Capacity allowances do not establish performance or network connectivity.
How do I request access to the BryanNet demo?
Submit a demo request for team review. Submission does not automatically issue an invitation or approve access; the team contacts you by email if the request is approved.
After approval, use the invitation and email OTP verification flow to enter the demo. See for the request form.
How long does an approved demo session last?
A verified demo session is limited to three hours and can end earlier if the invitation expires or access is revoked. The invitation has its own configured validity, shown in the invitation you receive.
Invitation validity and session duration are different. Follow the expiry information in your invitation rather than assuming a fixed number of invitation days.
What ongoing support and software updates are included?
Software updates and ongoing support follow the terms agreed in your quotation. Additional assistance is quoted and billed separately according to scope.
Confirm support coverage, response commitments and escalation arrangements before purchase. The FAQ does not establish a response-time or uptime guarantee.
Does a software deployment include managed hosting or network operation?
Standard deployment provisions a separate software environment on infrastructure you provide. You remain the operator of your deployment; managed services require a separate agreement.
Hosting, internet service and general network maintenance are outside the standard software deployment scope. Confirm any additional operational responsibility in writing.
What information should we provide when requesting support?
Provide the deployment identifier, BryanNet version and edition, a clear issue description, approximate incident time and recent update or restore activity. Include relevant diagnostic results and sanitised logs where available.
Do not send passwords, API tokens, database credentials or private keys. Use the agreed support channel for your deployment.
