Licensing/edition capability matrix

Prerequisites and authority

Use this reference with your installed release. Internal implementation routes and settings are not public integration contracts.

Editions and effective entitlements

Compare the standard features and included capacities of Site, Business, Professional and Enterprise. The signed licence installed on your system determines its effective limits, including any approved capacity add-ons.

Included capacity Site Business Professional Enterprise
Customers 200 2,000 10,000 Agreed in your licence
Locations 1 5 25 Agreed in your licence
Routers 3 15 100 Agreed in your licence
Administrators 2 10 50 Agreed in your licence

These are software allowances, not hardware sizing guarantees. Enterprise capacity is negotiated; it is not a promise of unlimited infrastructure. Check Settings > License for your installation's effective allowances and Pricing for current commercial terms.

QR flyers and organization branding are included across the standard edition profiles. Customer mobile apps are Enterprise-only for newly issued licences. Professional includes advanced reporting, analytics, integrations and administration. High-availability or dedicated-deployment arrangements require a separately agreed scope; a basic installation does not provision them automatically.

An existing valid signed licence can carry previously granted mobile rights. Check its actual entitlements rather than inferring them from the edition name alone. Agree any changes during renewal, reissue or transfer with BryanNet.

Capacity add-ons increase only approved capacity quantities; they do not grant features or change an edition. Site remains one location. Enterprise capacities are negotiated, not a promise of unlimited infrastructure.

Feature entitlement, organization-module visibility and user permission are separate gates. License validity/binding is another requirement. Explain failures using the gate that actually rejected the action.
