Advanced incident response and controlled data correction

Prerequisites and authority

Start with read-only checks and authorized records. Capture evidence before changes. Stop and escalate when data replacement, financial changes or wider outages are possible.

Advanced incident response and controlled correction

Qualified support only. Public readability does not make production writes an ordinary diagnostic action. This documentation publishes read-only SQL; any exceptional data correction needs a separately reviewed repair procedure.

Freeze unnecessary changes, identify the incident window and preserve logs, versions, mounts and relevant records. Take an emergency backup where data is readable. Reproduce in a safe environment and state the violated invariant precisely.

Prefer supported reconciliation, configuration repair or a tested code fix. If a data repair is unavoidable, require named authorization, exact scoped targets, a rollback/recovery plan and before/after evidence. Do not modify payment or audit history to conceal a discrepancy.

Establish the current and external economic state before recovery. Preserve the original database when testing another recovery point.

Verify the full workflow after correction and document affected records, loss/compensation considerations, root cause and permanent guardrail. Keep the incident open when a restart restored service but the cause is still unknown.

Stop when the proposed action exceeds the diagnosed scope, the recovery point is unproven or financial/identity invariants are unclear. Escalate using the incident template and diagnostic checklist.
